PM Modi to Inaugurate Vande Bharat Trains and Announce Schemes in Jharkhand
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Jharkhand on September 17 to inaugurate the Vande Bharat trains in Jamshedpur. Assam Chief Minister and Jharkhand co-election in-charge, Himanta Biswa Sarma, mentioned that PM Modi will also announce various schemes for the people of Jharkhand during his visit.
Himanta Biswa Sarma stated, “The Prime Minister is coming to Jharkhand tomorrow; the Vande Bharat train will also be inaugurated. Along with this, we had promised during the elections that if our government comes, 3 crore families across the country will get Pradhan Mantri Awas. The Prime Minister will inaugurate it from the great land of Jharkhand.”
Former Union Minister and BJP leader Arjun Munda added, “PM Narendra Modi is coming to Jamshedpur and from here he will address the common people while announcing several schemes for the people of this region. The railway programme that will happen is for inaugurating the Vande Bharat train. The train is designed keeping in mind the comfortability of passengers and to reduce travel time.”
Arjun Munda also mentioned that several other rural development schemes across the country will be inaugurated during the visit. “Several schemes for rural development for the whole country will also be inaugurated during the visit. Schemes for housing will be inaugurated. The government’s aim is to make sure the welfare schemes reach the people properly, so for that a big step will be taken in the Jamshedpur programme,” he said.
The visit will conclude with a public meeting organized by the BJP at Gopal Maidan in Jamshedpur.
