A two-day meeting of Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states began at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi on Saturday. The meeting was led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and attended by key leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda.

The meeting, which lasted almost four hours, was the largest since the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Chief Ministers like Bhajan Lal Sharma of Rajasthan, Pema Khandu of Arunachal Pradesh, Pramod Sawant of Goa, Himanta Biswa Sarma of Assam, and Pushkar Singh Dhami of Uttarakhand were present. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak also attended.

During the meeting, leaders congratulated PM Modi and discussed various state government schemes. Presentations were given on these schemes, and the central government’s plans were reviewed. PM Modi took feedback from the Chief Ministers and provided guidance. Strategies to strengthen the BJP in non-BJP-ruled states and for upcoming by-elections and assembly elections were also discussed.

Other topics included the results of the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections and schemes like ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana’ and ‘Har Ghar Nal Se Jal’. The meeting will conclude on Sunday with PM Modi’s speech and a photo session with all leaders.
