PM Modi Criticizes Congress for Unfulfilled Promises
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has criticized the Congress Party for not fulfilling their promises in Karnataka and other states. He urged people to be cautious of the Congress’s false promises, highlighting their history of unfulfilled commitments, such as loan waivers in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, and Rajasthan.
PM Modi stated that the Congress Party finds it easy to make promises but difficult to implement them. He cited examples from Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana, where Congress’s promises remain unfulfilled, affecting the poor, youngsters, farmers, and women.
He accused Congress of focusing on intra-party politics in Karnataka and failing to pay government workers on time in Himachal Pradesh. In Telangana, farmers are still waiting for promised waivers. PM Modi urged citizens to reject Congress’s culture of false promises, as seen in Haryana, where people chose a stable and progressive government.
Meanwhile, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge advised Congress units to announce guarantees based on their budget to avoid financial difficulties. He emphasized fiscal responsibility to prevent future hardships.
