PM Modi Criticizes Congress and Promises Prosperity for Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], September 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a strong attack on the Congress party during a rally in Jammu. He accused the opposition party of being controlled by ‘Urban Naxals’ who use foreign infiltrators as ‘vote banks’ and mock their own citizens.

PM Modi stated, ‘Congress has never truly honoured the sacrifices of our brave soldiers. Today, the party is hijacked by urban Naxal sympathisers, who welcome foreign infiltrators as ‘vote banks’, while mocking the sufferings of our own citizens.’

He also criticized the Congress, National Conference (NC), and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for doing injustice to Jammu and prioritizing their leaders’ interests over the people. ‘For decades, the Congress, NC, and PDP parties have prioritised the interests of their leaders and families, while the people of Jammu and Kashmir have suffered greatly,’ he said.

PM Modi assured the people that the BJP is committed to ensuring prosperity and undoing the injustices faced by the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He also accused Congress of questioning the credibility of the military’s surgical strikes and ‘strangling the spirit of the Constitution.’

He recalled the 2016 surgical strike against terrorist camps in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, saying, ‘Yeh naya Bharat hai, yeh ghar mein ghuskar maarta hain…’
