Special attractions were the Hell March by the NSG, a daredevil show by BSF and CRPF bikers, a martial arts display by BSF, a piped band show by school children, and the ‘Surya Kiran’ flypast.

Earlier, PM Modi paid tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Statue of Unity and administered the Unity Oath. He praised Patel’s dedication to national unity and sovereignty, stating that his legacy continues to inspire generations.

He served as the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister from 1947 to 1950 and passed away on December 15, 1950.
