Significance of the Project

The project, part of a Rs 2.5 billion deal, will see 16 aircraft delivered from Spain and 40 manufactured in India. It will create a comprehensive ecosystem for aircraft development, involving major Indian defense players like Bharat Electronics Ltd and Bharat Dynamics Ltd.
