New Delhi, September 2: Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP chief JP Nadda will launch the BJP’s ‘Sanghatan Parva, Sadasyata Abhiyan 2024’ at the BJP Headquarters in New Delhi. Shah highlighted the importance of this day for BJP supporters and workers, noting the revolutionary decisions taken under PM Modi’s leadership over the past decade.

Shah emphasized the vision of ‘Vikshit Bharat’ (Developed India) given by PM Modi to the 140 crore people of India and stressed the need to strengthen the BJP to achieve this vision. He urged all BJP well-wishers, citizens, and workers to join the membership drive starting from September 2 by giving a missed call to 88 00 00 2024.

Senior BJP leaders, including Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Piyush Goyal, Hardeep Singh Puri, JP Nadda, and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, arrived at the BJP headquarters ahead of the launch. The membership drive will be conducted in two phases: September 2 to September 25 and October 1 to October 15, with specific milestones targeted in each phase to ensure comprehensive reach across the country.

State workshops were held from August 19 to 21, district workshops from August 22 to 24, and mandal workshops from August 25 to 27. A meeting of Page Pramukhs will be held on August 31 at all booths to prepare for the campaign. A ‘Sadasyata Sahayogi’ (Membership Assistant) will be appointed for every Shakti Kendra to oversee the ‘Mahasampark’ (Grand Outreach) phase from September 10 to September 17. The first 15 days of the campaign will focus on door-to-door outreach at every booth before moving on to larger public activities.

The BJP has formed the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government at the Centre for three consecutive terms under PM Modi’s leadership. The party attributes its success to its commitment to inclusive growth and welfare initiatives like GYAN (Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata, Nari), which are central to the Prime Minister’s vision for India’s progress. The BJP Minority Front aims to make 50 lakh new members during the BJP Membership Campaign 2024.
