A tragic incident unfolded at Lahore Children’s Hospital, where parents accused the hospital of swapping their deceased baby boy with a dead baby girl. The parents had brought their four-day-old sick son for treatment, but doctors declared him deceased and handed over a body to the father, Irfan.

Upon returning to his hometown of Gujranwala for burial, Irfan discovered the body was that of a baby girl. He returned to the hospital, leading to an immediate inquiry. It was revealed that the baby boy had reportedly gone missing.

Irfan filed a formal complaint with the Naseerabad police station, urging legal action against the hospital management and doctors. The Punjab Health Department formed an inquiry committee of three senior doctors to investigate and report on the incident.

This incident has sparked public outrage and raised concerns about transparency and accountability in the healthcare system. The family continues to seek justice and answers regarding their missing baby boy.
