On Saturday, two coaches of the Panchvati Express, numbers 3 and 4, decoupled near Kasara station while heading towards Mumbai. The incident occurred at 8:40 am and was quickly resolved by 9:02 am. The train resumed its journey at 9:15 am after ensuring safety and security. The train was detained for 35 minutes, but no injuries or damages were reported. Trains are now running smoothly on the affected line.

Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu Inspects Railway Board Canteen

Earlier this week, Union Minister of State for Railways, Ravneet Singh Bittu, conducted a surprise inspection of the Railway Board canteen. The inspection took place during lunch hour, with the minister reviewing the facilities and services. He interacted with the canteen manager and staff, inquiring about operations and food quality. The Railway Board staff expressed satisfaction with the services, but the minister emphasized maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.

Ravneet Singh Bittu is the grandson of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh and the son of former Punjab Minister Tej Parkash Singh.
