New York [US], September 27: Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif addressed the United Nations General Assembly on Friday, urging India to engage in dialogue for a peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute. He emphasized that Pakistan would respond decisively to any Indian aggression and called for India to reverse its actions taken since August 5, 2019.
Sharif accused India of expanding its military capabilities against Pakistan and criticized India’s rejection of Pakistan’s proposals for mutual strategic restraint.
