They accuse the government of failing to initiate public welfare schemes despite making grand promises.

Allegations of Misuse of Resources

Senator Rubina Khalid, President of the PPP Women’s Wing, along with other party leaders, accused the PTI government of misusing provincial resources for political purposes. They emphasized that these resources should be directed towards the development of the people rather than political activities.

Concerns Over Public Welfare

ANP’s provincial spokesman, Arslan Khan, criticized the government for not prioritizing public welfare. He warned that the government’s actions, such as inciting violence and organizing protests, could lead to civil unrest. Khan highlighted the lack of focus on public interest projects, which has left the province vulnerable and neglected.

Call for Action

The opposition leaders urged the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister to fulfill his commitments to development schemes. They pointed out the absence of essential services like clean drinking water, health, and education facilities, which has created a sense of deprivation among the people.
