In an incredible achievement, 18-year-old Nima Rinji Sherpa from Nepal has become the youngest person to climb all 14 of the world’s highest peaks, each over 8,000 meters. This record was set when he reached the summit of Mount Shishapangma on October 9, 2024. The expedition was organized by Seven Summit Treks, who shared the news on Instagram.

Journey to the Top

Nima began his journey in September 2022 with the ascent of Mount Manaslu. Over the next two years, he climbed peaks including Mount Everest, K2, and Annapurna I, among others. His final climb, Mount Shishapangma, marked the completion of this remarkable feat.
