NIA Awaits Death Certificate of Hardeep Singh Nijjar
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India is still waiting to receive the death certificate of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Khalistani terrorist, according to NIA sources. Nijjar, who was a Canadian citizen, was shot and killed outside a Gurdwara in Surrey in June last year. The Canadian government has questioned the NIA’s request for the death certificate.

Meanwhile, the NIA is investigating six cases involving Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, another designated terrorist. The agency has attached three properties owned by Pannu in Chandigarh and seized several land parcels in Amritsar linked to him. Pannu holds both American and Canadian citizenship.
