Nayab Singh Saini Takes Charge as Chief Minister of Haryana

On October 18, Nayab Singh Saini from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Haryana at the Haryana Civil Secretariat in Chandigarh. He expressed his commitment to serving the people of Haryana and emphasized the principles of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas’.

During his first cabinet meeting, CM Saini announced free kidney dialysis treatment for patients, fulfilling a promise from the party’s manifesto. He thanked the people of Haryana for their support and criticized the opposition for attempting to mislead the public.

The swearing-in ceremony was attended by prominent leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and other key figures. Several BJP MLAs were also inducted as ministers in the new government.

The BJP secured its third consecutive term in Haryana by winning 48 out of 90 seats in the assembly elections, while the Congress won 37 seats.
