MP Thakkar, the incharge of the Government Railway Police (GRP) station in Gwalior, stated that a memo was received from the Deputy Station Manager of Gwalior Railway Station at 4:30 AM on October 8. This prompted an investigation by railway officials, employees, and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) staff at the scene.
