Tragic Incident: Student Found Dead in Mumbai

A student named Anurag Jaiswal from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai was found dead in his rented apartment, according to the Mumbai Police.

Details of the Incident

Anurag Jaiswal, who hailed from Lucknow, attended a party with friends in Vashi and returned home late at night. When he did not wake up the next morning, he was taken to a local hospital in Chembur, where he was declared dead.

Investigation Underway

The police suspect that ragging might have been involved and are currently investigating the matter. All of Anurag’s friends are being questioned. A postmortem will be conducted at Rajawadi Hospital in Ghatkopar once his family arrives.

The Chembur police have registered a case under ADR and further investigation is ongoing.
