Man Arrested for Threatening Bollywood Star Salman Khan
In Mumbai, the police have arrested a man from Jamshedpur who threatened Bollywood actor Salman Khan, demanding a ransom of Rs 5 crore. The threat was made in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. The Mumbai Traffic Police received the threatening message, prompting an investigation. With assistance from local police in Jamshedpur, the suspect was apprehended and will be brought to Mumbai.
Initially, on October 18, the Mumbai Traffic Police’s control room received the threat. A few days later, the same sender apologized, claiming the message was sent by mistake. The police tracked the sender’s location to Jharkhand. The sender claimed to be associated with Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang and threatened Khan’s life if the ransom was not paid.
The Worli Police have filed a case regarding the threat. This incident follows the recent murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique. Despite the situation, Salman Khan returned to host Bigg Boss 18, although he expressed reluctance due to the difficult circumstances.
