Mumbai Crime Branch Arrests Shooter in Baba Siddique Murder Case
The Mumbai Crime Branch has apprehended Gaurav Vilas Apune, a shooter involved in the murder of Baba Siddique. Investigations revealed that Apune was part of a backup plan, known as Plan B, orchestrated by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Apune traveled to Jharkhand to practice shooting, accompanied by Rupesh Mohol, another accused. The mastermind, Shubham Lonkar, sent them with weapons for practice on July 28. They returned to Pune on July 29 and reconnected with Lonkar. Authorities are working to identify the exact location in Jharkhand where the practice took place. The investigation continues.
