MPSC aspirants in Pune are asking for 258 Agriculture Department posts to be added to the MPSC exam. They also want the exam, set for August 25, to be postponed because it clashes with the IBPS exam. One aspirant said, “We demand that the 258 vacancies in the Agriculture department exam should be added to the MPSC exam IBPS exam is overlapping with the exam on August 25th.” Another aspirant added, “Our first demand is that the MPSC exam should be postponed. Our second demand is that 258 posts in the Agriculture Department exam should also be added to this.”

The MPSC responded that they could not include the Agriculture posts in the upcoming exam due to timing issues. They explained that the demand letter for these posts was received too late to be included in the current exam cycle. The MPSC plans to address the recruitment for these posts in the future.
