MP CM Mohan Yadav Discusses Water Projects with Union Minister CR Patil

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav met Union Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil at Shram Shakti Bhawan in New Delhi. They discussed important irrigation and water conservation projects for the state.

Ken-Betwa Project

CM Yadav updated the minister on the Ken-Betwa Project, which aims to benefit 10-15 districts in the Bundelkhand region of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. He mentioned that the Prime Minister is particularly interested in this project and has given his consent for the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, which will be scheduled soon.

Parbati-Kalisindh-Chambal Project

Another significant project discussed was the Parbati-Kalisindh-Chambal Project, which will benefit 13 districts in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. CM Yadav expressed hope that this project would be implemented soon under the leadership of PM Modi.
