MP CM Mohan Yadav and NCPCR Work Together to Keep Kids in School

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav attended a regional workshop in Bhopal on Saturday. The workshop, organized by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), focused on preventing school dropouts and re-engaging out-of-school children.

The event took place at TIT College in Anand Nagar, Bhopal, and included discussions and reviews on reducing the trend of children dropping out of schools. Education experts and scholars provided various suggestions during the workshop.

Addressing the workshop, CM Mohan Yadav emphasized the importance of education and the state’s commitment to supporting the NCPCR’s efforts. He mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also highlighted the importance of education through the New Education Policy (NEP) and various student facilities.

CM Yadav shared on social media, ‘Today, I participated and inaugurated a regional workshop organized by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights on the subject of ‘Reducing dropouts of children in Schools’ in Bhopal. The bright future of students is our priority and achieving this goal is our resolve.’

Chairman of Child Protection Commission Priyanka Kanungo welcomed CM Yadav and presented a memento. Member Secretary of the National Commission Rupali Banerjee and representatives from five states participated in the workshop. State Cabinet Minister Prahlad Singh Patel and several public representatives also attended.

Minister Patel also shared on social media, ‘I along with CM Mohan Yadav participated in a workshop organized by the NCPCR on reducing the dropout of children in schools in Bhopal. Our resolve is that no child should be deprived of rights and no child labour should be found as an exception in Madhya Pradesh.’
