Moradabad’s Security Plan

The by-elections will occur on November 13, with vote counting on November 23. Nine assembly seats, including Meerapur, Kundarki, and Ghaziabad, are involved. The Milkipur seat in Ayodhya is on hold due to an election petition. The by-elections span 15 states, including Assam, Bihar, and Gujarat.
