Monty Panesar Predicts India Will Win T20 World Cup and Virat Kohli Will Score 100

Former England spinner Monty Panesar has expressed confidence in the Indian cricket team, predicting that they will win the T20 World Cup final against South Africa. He also made a bold prediction about Virat Kohli, stating that Kohli will score 100 runs in the final.

Kohli’s Struggles in the Tournament

Virat Kohli, who had an outstanding IPL 2024 season with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, has struggled to find his form in the T20 World Cup. In the IPL, Kohli scored 741 runs at an average of 61.75 and a strike rate of 154.69, earning the Orange Cap. However, in the World Cup, he has only managed to score 75 runs in seven matches, averaging 10.71.
