Modon Unveils Maysan: A New Residential Community on Reem Island
Abu Dhabi’s Modon has introduced Maysan, a luxurious residential project on Reem Island. The first phase includes two districts: Mayar and Thoraya, covering over 600,000 square meters. Inspired by boutique-style living, Mayar features 132 stacked maisonettes, blending nature with modernity. These four-storey homes are set in a gated community with scenic parks. Thoraya offers 184 townhouses with communal gardens and play areas, emphasizing community and relaxation.
Maysan aims to attract families, professionals, and investors with amenities like a community center, beach, and park access. A green spine promotes wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, stated, “At Modon, we aim to deliver communities that enrich the lives of our residents and contribute to the long-term growth and prosperity of Abu Dhabi.” Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, added, “Maysan offers convenience, luxury, comfort, and well-being in line with our commitment to Abu Dhabi’s vision of building vibrant communities.” Future phases will include villas and beach residences.
