Background of the Incident

The altercation began a few days prior in the Cement Siding area of Punjabi Bagh, involving two families. On October 13, Shanti, along with her son Arjun, Kamal, and brother-in-law Jitender (also known as Jatin), visited the other family to resolve the conflict. However, they were met with hostility and were beaten and chased away by Satnam (also known as Lilu), Sahil, Naseeb, and Ritik.

The Confrontation

During the confrontation, Arjun pulled out a firearm and, encouraged by Kamal and Jatin, fired at Ritik. Fortunately, the bullet hit Ritik’s mobile phone, preventing any injury.

Legal Actions

Following the incident, two cases have been registered based on the statements and evidence collected. Arrests of those involved have been made.
