In Vadodara, Gujarat, the AIFF Futsal Club Championship 2023-24 saw some thrilling matches on Friday. Minerva Academy FC, the defending champions, secured the top spot in Group B with a perfect record of four wins. They defeated Bangalore Arrows FC 8-1, with goals from Himanshu Thapa, Samson Keishing, Andrew Wengipreye, Lalremruata, and Thongkhongmayum Naoba.

Ambelim SC’s Victory

Ambelim SC climbed to the top of Group C with a 4-2 win over FC Thyristor, Ramhlun Vengai. Goals from Ronaldo Rosebud Pereira, Michael Silva, and Fredsan Marshall helped Ambelim secure the victory.

Golazo FC’s Dominance

Golazo FC showcased their strength with a 12-0 win against former champions Delhi FC. Stephen Satarkar, Shabaz Rogangar, Clinton Rosario D’Souza, Lalsangkima, Shubham Potghan, and Eshaan all contributed to the impressive scoreline.

Nyenshen FC ended their Group A campaign on a high with a 5-4 victory over Sports Odisha. Lamsanggin Hangsing and Chingthaipou were the standout players for Nyenshen, while Alok Kumar Das scored a hat-trick for Sports Odisha.
