Mehbooba Mufti Reviews Political Situation in Jammu and Kashmir

Mehbooba Mufti, the chief of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, chaired a meeting of the party’s Political Affairs Committee in Srinagar. The meeting focused on reviewing the political situation and party affairs.

Senior party leaders attended the meeting and discussed key issues and strategies to address the current political climate and strengthen the party’s position.

In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Mehbooba Mufti contested from the Anantnag-Rajouri constituency but conceded defeat to NC leader Mian Altaf. She expressed gratitude to her supporters and congratulated Mian Altaf on his victory.
