New Delhi, August 1: After the tragic deaths of three students in a basement flood at an IAS coaching center in Old Rajinder Nagar, MCD Commissioner Ashwani Kumar met with a delegation of UPSC aspirants. He ordered measures to prevent future misuse of basements.

On Wednesday, the commissioner met with 28 UPSC aspirants at the MCD headquarters to discuss their suggestions and assured them of addressing their grievances.
