Massive Fire in Hyderabad’s Sultan Bazar
A huge fire broke out at a restaurant in Hyderabad’s Sultan Bazar area late on Sunday night, spreading to a nearby illegal cracker shop. The fire caused significant damage to multiple vehicles and left one woman with minor injuries.
Firefighting Efforts
Fire officers quickly arrived at the scene after receiving a call at 9:18 pm. District Fire Officer A Venkanna reported that additional fire officials were called due to the size of the fire. The blaze was finally extinguished around 10:45 pm.
Extent of Damage
The fire completely destroyed the restaurant and damaged 7-8 cars parked nearby. Visuals from the scene showed the restaurant reduced to ashes. ACP K Shankar confirmed the damage and mentioned that the fire spread to an illegal cracker shop, Paras Fireworks, which lacked proper certification.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire, and action will be taken against the illegal cracker shop. Fortunately, the damage was limited as there were no residential areas nearby.
