Massive Drug Bust: Delhi and Gujarat Police Seize 1,289 kg of Cocaine
In a significant operation against drugs, the Delhi Police and Gujarat Police teamed up to seize a massive 518 kilograms of cocaine, valued at Rs 5,000 crore, from Avkar Drugs Limited Company in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. This operation is part of the Zero Tolerance against Drugs and Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan initiative.
Earlier, on October 1, the Special Cell of Delhi Police raided a warehouse in Mahipalpur owned by Tushar Goyal, uncovering 562 kilograms of cocaine and 40 kilograms of hydroponic marijuana. Further investigations led to the discovery of an additional 208 kilograms of cocaine on October 10 from a shop in Ramesh Nagar, Delhi.
The investigation revealed that the drugs were linked to Pharma Solution Services and originated from Avkar Drugs Limited Company. In total, authorities have seized 1,289 kilograms of cocaine and 40 kilograms of hydroponic marijuana, with an estimated value of Rs 13,000 crore.
