Manu Bhaker, an Indian shooter, won two medals at the Paris Olympics but narrowly missed a bronze in the women’s 25m pistol event, finishing fourth. Despite her achievements, Bhaker expressed dissatisfaction with her performance in the 25m event.

Speaking on JioCinema, Bhaker said, “Yes, if you put it that way, yes, I am glad that I got two medals, but like right now I am not very happy, well, fourth place is not a very good place though.”

Bhaker was in a shoot-off with Hungary’s Veronika Major, while South Korea’s Jiin Yang won gold and France’s Camille Jedrzejewski took silver.

Bhaker previously secured a bronze in the women’s 10m air pistol and another bronze in the 10m air pistol mixed team event with Sarabjot Singh.

The Paris Olympics marked a redemption for Bhaker after her gun malfunctioned during the 10m air pistol qualification round in the Tokyo Olympics 2021, causing her to finish 12th.
