She shared this message with her fans on social media, expressing her gratitude and announcing her return to training in November.

Bhaker, who is only 22 years old, made history by becoming the first Indian to win two medals at the same Olympics. She took to her social media handle to share her thoughts, saying, ‘For all those who are asking me what has changed in my life after I won the medals: NOTHING. I am the same Manu Bhaker and enjoying my break. I will return to the shooting ranges in November and start training again. Thanks for your love and attention. Manu.’

Earlier, Bhaker opened up about her journey in shooting, which began at the age of 14. She emphasized the importance of staying focused and driven, and how every small step forward brings one closer to greatness. She also mentioned that her dream of winning Olympic gold medals continues.

In the Paris Olympics, Bhaker and her partner Sarabjot Singh secured bronze in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed team event by defeating South Korea’s Lee Wonho and Oh Ye Jin. Bhaker also won a bronze medal in the women’s individual 10m air pistol event, becoming the first-ever woman shooter to win an Olympic medal for India. Although she narrowly missed out on a third medal in the women’s 25m pistol shooting event, her achievements have been remarkable.
