At the Paris Paralympics, India’s para-badminton players experienced a mix of emotions. Manisha Ramadass advanced to the quarterfinals in the women’s para-badminton singles SU5 Group Stage C despite a tough loss to China’s Xia Qiu Yang. India has sent its largest Paralympics contingent ever to Paris, with 84 athletes across 12 sports.
