Man Arrested in Sivaganga for Illegal Explosives After Blast

A 30-year-old man named S Aravindhan from Arasaneri Keelamedu, Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu, was arrested for illegal possession of explosive materials. The arrest followed a blast in an old motor room due to hot weather, causing partial damage.

The police, acting on a public tip-off, filed a case under The Explosives Act and remanded Aravindhan to judicial custody. Investigations are ongoing to determine if he planned to make country bombs, with samples sent for forensic examination.
