The elections will take place in two phases, with the first phase covering 43 constituencies on November 13. The nomination process concluded recently, with notable figures like former Chief Minister Champai Soren and AJSU party president Sudesh Mahato filing their nominations.

The BJP, in alliance with the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), Janata Dal (United), and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), has announced its candidates. The elections will be held for 81 seats, with results expected on November 23.
