The Gram Vikas Sammelan is set to take place in Bhairunda, Sehore district, with Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in attendance. The event will feature the launch of two mobile apps, “Awas Sakhi” and “Gram Sadak Survey and Planning App,” under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Rural.

Additionally, 500 km of roads approved under PMGSY-IV will be inaugurated. A significant financial boost will be provided as Rs 150 crore will be transferred to self-help groups. The event will also see the dedication of eight processing units and 100 community training centers.

Approval for establishing Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) centers in five new districts will be granted. A bonus of Rs 2.70 crore will be distributed to 52,818 tendu leaf collectors, and a grant for bamboo plants will be given to beneficiaries under the Bamboo Mission Scheme.

Before the Sammelan, CM Yadav and Minister Chouhan will participate in a roadshow in Bhairunda. CM Yadav will also visit the Vindhyavasini Mata Temple in Salkanpur to offer prayers.
