Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) [India] September 30: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, before his visit to Jharkhand on Monday, criticized the Congress Party and its allies for the current state of Jharkhand. He blamed them for Jharkhand not being the number one state in the country.

CM Yadav mentioned that he would participate in the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Parivartan Yatra in Jharkhand. He stated, “Today, I will participate in BJP’s Parivartan Yatra in Jharkhand. Six Parivartan Yatras were started in the state which would conclude today. I am satisfied that the BJP successfully kept before the public how the CM of the state due to his misgovernance had to go to jail. What else can be more unfortunate?”

Yadav also remembered former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who had said that Jharkhand would become a state. He expressed disappointment that despite Jharkhand’s resources, it had not become the number one state due to the Congress and its allies. He hoped that the people of Jharkhand would support the BJP for better development under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi.

He added, “Elections are going to be announced and I hope everyone will adopt ‘Sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas, sabka prayaas’. BJP will come to power in Jharkhand.”

Jharkhand is expected to hold elections for its 81-member legislative assembly by December 2024, as the current government’s tenure ends in January 2025. However, the Election Commission has yet to announce the election schedule.
