Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Announces Job Reservations for Agniveers on Kargil Vijay Diwas
Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh – On July 27, Agniveers training under the Agnipath Scheme expressed their happiness over the Madhya Pradesh government’s decision to provide job reservations in police and armed forces recruitment. This announcement was made by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas.
Agniveers’ Reactions
One Agniveer shared, “I am really happy about this because I feel this is a good opportunity. If an Agniveer is 22 and comes back after 7 years of service, they have the chance of getting a job or even starting a business after the service.”
Another Agniveer training for the MP police said, “Chief Minister Mohan Yadav’s announcement provides a great opportunity for the youth. The CM has given a solution to all those youngsters who had doubts about their career choices after 4 years of service in the Agniveer scheme.”

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced that Agniveer Jawans will receive reservations in the recruitment of police and armed forces in Madhya Pradesh. This decision aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolution and aims to modernize the army and recruit qualified soldiers.
