Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav Boosts Women Empowerment
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is focusing on women empowerment by transferring funds to beneficiaries of the Ladli Behna Yojana. The event will take place in Indore, where funds will be transferred to women’s bank accounts with a single click.
Women Empowerment Initiatives
CM Yadav emphasized the state’s efforts in empowering women, including increasing the reservation for women in state government jobs from 33% to 35%, making Madhya Pradesh the first state in India to do so.
Financial Aid Distribution
The Chief Minister announced the transfer of Rs 1250 monthly aid to 1.29 crore women under the Ladli Behna Yojana, totaling Rs 1573 crore. Additionally, Rs 55 crore will be given to 26 lakh women for the Gas Refill Scheme, and Rs 333 crore will be distributed to 55 lakh beneficiaries of the Social Security Pension Scheme.
Support for Differently Abled
In Indore, a new record will be set as laptops, motorized tricycles, and other equipment will be distributed to differently abled individuals.
