Kusal Perera from Dambulla Sixers made history by scoring the fastest century in LPL history. He hit 100 runs in just 50 balls against Jaffna Kings on July 3, marking the first century of the season.

Shadab Khan’s Hat-Trick

Shadab Khan from Colombo Strikers took a hat-trick against Kandy Falcons. In the 15th over, he dismissed Wanindu Hasaranga, Agha Salman, and Pawan Rathnayake, finishing with 4 wickets for 22 runs.

Other Notable Performances

Niroshan Dickwella from Galle Marvels scored the third-fastest fifty in LPL history, reaching 50 runs in just 17 balls. His teammate Isuru Udana became the first player to score a half-century while batting at No. 8.

Tim Seifert from New Zealand scored an unbeaten 104 runs for Galle Marvels against Jaffna Kings in Dambulla. Angelo Mathews from Kandy Falcons almost chased down a target of 200 runs but fell short by just two runs against Colombo Strikers.
