He explained how the Vi Business Ready for Next program helps MSMEs assess digital readiness and adopt necessary solutions. Since June 2022, over 1.6 lakh MSMEs have used the Vi platform, contributing to a thriving digital ecosystem.

Birla highlighted how high-speed networks enable telemedicine in remote areas, allowing virtual diagnosis and treatment. He also addressed challenges like spam and fraud, assuring collaboration with the government to combat these issues.

Birla concluded by mentioning Vodafone Idea’s successful fundraising, which was oversubscribed seven times, reflecting investor confidence in India’s digital future.
