Tejasvi Surya’s Allegations

He also accused Waqf Minister BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan of directing officials to register lands in favor of the Waqf Board, bypassing reforms in the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024.

Minister Rao emphasized that the government would not take away anyone’s land and that justice would be served. He stated that if farmers are genuine landholders, their rights would be restored, and any waqf property would remain with the Waqf Board.
