Kangra Airport Ranks Second in Customer Satisfaction Survey
Kangra Airport in Himachal Pradesh has achieved second place in the Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by the Airports Authority of India for the period of January to June 2024. This survey included 61 airports across the country.
Top-Ranked Airports
Rajamundry Airport in Andhra Pradesh secured the first place, followed by Kangra Airport. Leh Airport and Madurai Airport ranked third and fourth, respectively.
Improvement in Ranking
Kangra Airport showed significant improvement, moving up from the 11th position in the same survey conducted from January to June 2023.
Survey Details
The Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted twice a year and gathers feedback from passengers on various aspects such as parking facilities, availability of baggage trolleys, staff behavior, cleanliness, eating facilities, flight information display screens, walking distance in the terminal, and the overall ambience of the airport.
