JP Nadda to Visit Jammu and Kashmir Ahead of Assembly Elections

JP Nadda, the National President of BJP, will visit Jammu and Kashmir on July 6 to address party workers and discuss the upcoming Assembly elections. BJP Jammu and Kashmir Chief, Ravinder Rana, emphasized that the next Chief Minister will be from BJP.

The BJP-led government had scrapped Article 370 in 2019, and there are demands for early elections and restoration of statehood. Prime Minister Narendra Modi indicated that statehood will be restored soon, and the Election Commission is preparing for the polls.
