New Delhi, July 19: After six years with Kerala Blasters FC, Indian midfielder Jeakson Singh has decided to move on and join East Bengal FC on a four-year deal. Singh expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Kerala Blasters FC, thanking them for their immense love and support over the years.

Jeakson’s Journey

Jeakson Singh began his career at the Minerva Punjab academy and joined the Indian Arrows on loan after the FIFA U17 World Cup in 2017. He scored the only goal for India in a FIFA World Cup tournament. In 2018, he moved to Kerala Blasters FC reserves and was later promoted to the senior team in the 2019-20 ISL season. Since then, he has made 86 appearances, scoring two goals and providing two assists.

Jeakson shared his feelings about leaving the club, stating, “I joined Kerala Blasters FC as a reserve player, and this is the club where I started my ISL career. I have learned a lot and grown as a player and person. I am grateful for everything the club has done for me.”
