Training and Opportunities

The two- to three-month comprehensive residential training program was delivered by professional German native trainers. The program ensures top-notch language education for participants who have completed their B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) programs. The successful candidates will be placed in leading hospitals and employers in Germany, earning between 2300 and 2700 euros per month, with further salary increases after completing B2 training in Germany.

Government’s Commitment

Jayant Chaudhary emphasized the government’s commitment to making India a global hub for skilled talent. He highlighted the successful placement of over 58,000 skilled Indians in various countries and praised the efforts of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and NSDC International in providing high-quality training to Indian youth aiming for overseas employment.

German Ambassador’s Praise

German Ambassador Dr. Philipp Ackermann praised India’s skilling ecosystem and expressed hope for more such opportunities. He highlighted the growing skill gap in Germany’s healthcare sector and the importance of structured migration to meet the demands of the industry.

Flagging Off the Journey

The Minister, the German Ambassador, along with Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary MSDE, and Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO of NSDC and MD of NSDC International, flagged off the bus taking the candidates to the airport, boosting their morale. This initiative not only opens up lucrative career opportunities for Indian nurses but also addresses the growing demand for skilled nursing professionals in Germany.
