Jammu and Kashmir’s Manoj Sinha Warns Terrorists After Srinagar Attack
In Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has issued a strong warning to the terrorists responsible for a recent grenade attack in Srinagar. He stated that those targeting citizens will face severe consequences. Sinha communicated with DGP Nalin Prabhat and senior security officials, urging them to take decisive action against terror groups.
The Lieutenant Governor emphasized the government’s commitment to preventing terrorist activities and wished a speedy recovery for the injured. He instructed the district administration to provide all necessary assistance to the victims.
Meanwhile, a forensic team arrived at the attack site, and Srinagar Deputy Commissioner Dr. Bilal Mohidin visited the injured at SHMS Hospital. He reported that two patients require surgery, while others will be discharged after treatment.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah condemned the attack, stating there is no justification for harming innocent civilians. He urged the security forces to end the recent surge in attacks to ensure public safety.
