Jammu and Kashmir Police Chief RR Swain Considers Enemies Agents Act to Combat Terrorism

Jammu and Kashmir’s Director General of Police, RR Swain, is thinking about using the Enemies Agents Act to fight terrorism in the region. This strict law allows for severe punishments, including life imprisonment or the death penalty, for those helping Pakistani terrorists.

Swain talked about this after opening a new Cyber Police Station in Jammu. He expressed worries about the internet being used to support terrorism and separatism in Jammu and Kashmir.
