Jammu and Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha Encourages NCC Cadets at Special National Integration Camp
Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the Special National Integration camp of NCC at JKLI Centre Rangreth Srinagar. This camp, part of the ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative, brought together 250 NCC cadets from 17 NCC Directorates across India.
During his address, Sinha emphasized the importance of harmony and solidarity among all states and regions of India. He urged the cadets to work together towards building a strong and united nation.
The camp included various activities, exchanges, and community service. Cadets showcased cultural performances highlighting the diversity and richness of India’s heritage. The event was successful in promoting the ideals of unity in diversity and instilling a sense of national pride among the young participants.
The Office of Lt. Governor of Jammu and Kashmir shared on their official X handle, quoting Sinha, “This special camp promotes the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ and has brought together cadets from 17 directorates of the country to foster common values of patriotism, integrity, and selfless service.”
Another tweet stated, “The activities at the camp truly symbolize the spirit of unity in diversity. NCC has always served society with commitment, efficiency, and complete dedication in accordance with its motto ‘Unity and Discipline’ and has made immense contributions to nation-building.”
The camp served as a platform for fostering friendships and understanding among cadets from different parts of the country, ultimately contributing to the vision of a ‘Shreshtha Bharat’.
