In Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir Congress president Tariq Hameed Karra expressed his concern over recent terror attacks in the region. Recent attacks have raised alarm, including an incident on October 24 where two Army soldiers and two civilian porters were killed in Baramulla. Earlier, on October 20, a doctor and six construction workers were killed in Ganderbal district. These targeted attacks have heightened security concerns.
